SCECA Congratulates Eng. Faten Afara on Earning the FIDIC Future Leaders Management Certificate (FLMC)

The Syrian Center for Engineering Contracts and Arbitration (SCECA) extends its sincere congratulations to Eng. Faten Affara on successfully completing the FIDIC Future Leaders Management Certificate (FLMC) programme and earning the prestigious certificate awarded by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
