Eng. Ahmed Stifi, Chairman of the Syrian Center for Engineering Contracts and Arbitration (SCECA) and Chair of the Integrity Management Committee of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), participated as a speaker at the FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference 2026 held in New Delhi, India.
