Dr. Ahmed Stifi, Chairman of the Syrian Center for Engineering Contracts and Arbitration (SCECA), is attending the FIDIC Global Infrastructure Conference 2026 in New Delhi, India, which brings together industry leaders, engineering consultants, policymakers, and infrastructure professionals from around the world to discuss the future of the global engineering and construction sector.

As part of the conference programme, Dr. Stifi attended the Open Dialogue with FIDIC Leadership, featuring the FIDIC President and FIDIC Chief Executive Officer, where discussions focused on implementation priorities, governance, advocacy, communication, and the future development of the international engineering consulting industry.
